Joya Thai Food - A Talk On The Town Review.

Joya is a modern Thai restaurant, located at 215 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY in the the Boerum Hill section, or most locals just refer to as 'Downtown Brooklyn'.

To call this establishment an 'eatery', does it no justice.  This is an experience in eastern cuisine like no other.  I have been frequenting Joya for over a decade now and I have never been disappointed whenever I step foot inside.
First off, the modern look of the restaurant catches your eye and puts you in a chill state of mind. The smooth tone of colors, the art decor on the walls, the warm incandescent lighting, the flare of the fire from the kitchen, the 'chillout - lounge' music doing it's thing in the background, sets the stage to be relaxed and ready to enjoy the choice you made by coming here.
Their dishes of edible Thai beauty,  boasts flavor and awe with eye pleasing color and presentation.  The open kitchen gives your eyes something to enjoy, as the staff with skills busily move to create dishes, not to mention the flames that flicker high from the stove.  The culinary range includes 'Avocado Rolls', 'Pad See Yue' (which is one of my favorites), 'Pad Thai' (another one of my favorites), 'Spicy Noodles', 'Green Papaya Salad', 'Mango Salad', 'Coconut Curry Soup' and much more.
As far as the impact on your wallet goes, it's a love tap.  I can say that, because it tastes like they put some love in their food, so they show the same kind of love for your money.  This is just another reason why this place is popping the way that they are.
The staff don't wear uniforms, because it's a relaxed environment.  Their hospitality keeps that relaxed mood going.
If you're looking for a place to celebrate anything, or to just enjoy a night out, Joya is all you need.  They have a sister restaurant called 'Song' on 295 5th Avenue, in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn.
